Prathist Kempegowda
Co-founder & CEO
With over a decade of hands-on experience in land development and project execution, Prathist has built a distinguished reputation for integrity, diligence, and dependable delivery among landowners and investors alike. His deep on-ground expertise and trusted local relationships form the operational foundation of Rare Earth's disciplined, transparent, and value-driven approach to real estate development.
Native to North Bengaluru — the city's fastest-growing corridor around the international airport — Prathist brings a powerful combination of deep local insight, property development expertise, and building design sensibility to every Rare Earth project. Coming from a respected family in the Bagalur–Devanahalli region, he has early visibility into high-potential land opportunities, an advantage that minimises acquisition uncertainty and strengthens project selection.
A graduate of MS Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru, he also holds deep expertise in land due diligence, title verification, and regulatory clearances — ensuring every acquisition is legally sound and risk-mitigated from day one.
Koushik Kadidal
Co-founder & CFO
Koushik Kadidal brings over 25 years of experience in global financial services, having worked across the United States and India with Capital One, Citibank, and PayU. Most recently, he served as Chief Data Officer and Head of Insights Business at PayU, one of India's leading FinTech firms.
An alumnus of Harvard University, Koushik holds an MBA from the Strome College of Business, Virginia, where he graduated at the top of his class and was honoured with the Outstanding Student of the Year award.
After decades in the corporate and financial sectors, Koushik developed a deep understanding of capital allocation, risk assessment, and long-term value creation. Recognising the significant opportunity within structured and disciplined real estate development, he brought his financial acumen and strategic clarity to the sector — helping shape a development approach rooted in transparency, governance, and sustainable wealth creation. His leadership ensures that every project reflects institutional rigour while remaining grounded in practical, on-the-ground execution.
